Gregor Schnitzler was born 1964 in Berlin, studied social and communications studies at the HDK in Berlin and worked for some years as a photographer. Since 1990 he worked as a director for many musicvideos and tv commercials. For the RTL series „ Im Namen des Gesetzes“ he shot eight episodes, and as well he worked for other works for TV as a director.

Together with Elini Apelakiotou with who he realized the shortmovies „ The window“ (1991, Prädicat „ very prized“ and a silver medal at the New York Filmfestival) and „Sundays“ (1992), he also staged „Finnlandia“ (2001). It follows „Was tun, wenn ́s brennt?“ (2002) and the film adaption of the roman of Benjamin von Stuckrad-Barre „Soloalbum“ (2003). In „Die Wolke“ (2005) after the roman of Gudrun Pausewang he describes a nuclear catastrophe in Germany.

Kolstrup has been directing since 2010 where his first video, ’030’ by The Good The Bad, heated up the blogs as the probably most sexy music video ever. The video turned into a blog buster and Kolstrup was nominated for Best New Director at Antville Awards 2010 and ’030’ nominated at UK Music Video Award for best international indie/rock video in 2011. More over the video was used in Dave Davies documentary ‘Kinkdom Come’ about The Kinks. Icelander Runar Ingi started his directing career at the age of thirteen shooting Tupac inspired east coast / west coast gang short films in his suburban Reykjavik neighborhood. Later he found himself working for a commercial production company snatching film ends and shooting music videos for local artists, picking up an EDDA (The Icelandic Film Awards) for Best Short film from a young director, then finally getting his first break at directing commercials when he shot a Nike ad featuring the inspiring triathlon athlete, Sarah Reinertsen. Runar Ingi has since then directed visual and character driven commercials for top brands - picking up awards in his native Iceland and featuring in several industry standard mediums.

Runar Ingi currently lives in Stockholm, appreciates good wine and still loves the music of Tupac.

Pierre and Bertrand have been working together since 2004. This year saw them make their award winning short film "True Color", awarded by numerous animation festivals worldwide (Monaco Imagina, Sicaf Séoul, Siggraph 2005, Mundos Digitales Spain, Emagiciens France, and so on) until it was picked up by top french film channel, Canal Plus. After the success of "True Color" Pierre finished his course in the field of directing/animation from the world renowned School of Gobelins in Paris whilst Bertrand worked as an animator on a Luc Besson Production, also in Paris. Their first collaboration with Not to Scale saw them win an international Pro Max Award for Nickelodeon. Starting out for useful companies John designed VFX shots, title sequences, script driven onset graphics and video wall animations.
